THE AWARD BUILT DIFFERENCE
Quality you can see.
Clarity you can feel.
Building is a major investment. You should always know what is happening, what comes next and who is responsible.
Direct access to your builders
Justin and Jimmy stay closely involved from the first site visit through construction and handover. You are not passed between salespeople and supervisors.
A clear scope before site work starts
We invest time in feasibility, documentation, selections and trade pricing so expectations are aligned and preventable surprises are reduced.
Honest communication
Straight answers, practical advice and regular updates. If something needs to be discussed we raise it early and work through it with you.
Care in every detail
From structure and waterproofing to junctions, finishes and handover, we treat the work behind the walls with the same care as what you see.
A CONSIDERED PROCESS
Clear from the very beginning.
01
Conversation
We discuss your home, ideas, priorities, budget and timing to understand whether we are the right fit
02
Site consultation
We meet at your property to understand the existing home, site constraints and discuss the options available to you.
03
Design & feasibility
We work with you and trusted design, certification and engineering partners to develop a buildable direction.
04
Detailed proposal
Scope, specifications and trade pricing are brought together into a clear fixed-price proposal.
Good building begins well before construction. Our process establishes the brief, scope, pricing and expectations before work starts
05
Pre-Construction
Approvals, documentation, selections and scheduling are finalised so the project can start properly.
06
Build & Communicate
Our team manages the construction, trades, quality and regular communication throughout the work.
07
Handover & beyond
We complete a thorough inspection, resolve final items and hand over a home ready for its’ next chapter.
WHAT WE BUILD

In the right place.
Renovations & extensions
Transform the home and location you already love. From reconfigured layouts and complete home renovations to ground-floor extensions and second-story additions, we manage the detail that brings old and new together seamlessly.
Custom homes
A one-off home shaped around your site, lifestyle and priorities - built with practical expertise, open communication and close attention to every finish.
Kitchens, bathrooms and interiors
Thoughtful wet-area and interior renovations with coordinated trades, custom joinery and finishes that work beautifully every day.
Outdoor living
Decks, pergolas, pool surrounds, outdoor kitchens and covered entertaining spaces designed for the Sunshine Coast climate and way of life.
